Riley Stuebe joined Palisades Financial in 2005 as Director of Investments. Riley’s role at Palisades Financial includes conducting financial analysis including excel cash flow modeling and debt service coverage for various income producing opportunites, working closely with the originations department in all stages from preliminary underwriting analysis through term sheet issuance and ultimate deal closings. He has personally managed over $500 million of performing and non-performing loans.
Riley's transaction experience includes an advisory role in the turnaround of a major New York City investment bank’s $95 million non-performing construction loan on a 100,000+ square foot mixed use condominium conversion in the Chelsea District of Manahattan; managing the proceeds of a $10 million mezzanine loan on a $100 million ground up, 83-unit residential development opportunity in Clinton district of Manhattan and most recently asset manager to a 1st mortgage loan on a mixed-use ground up development in Fort Lee, NJ.
Riley is a graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management where earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He resides in New York City.
